Eric--as usual you have managed to make me blush & feel VERY Wayne’s World not worthy!!! So happy we’re connected & I truly love all you do to support our great tribe of writers & thinkers. But ummm GIVE US THE POINT BREAK GOODS!!!!! I mean, whatever, I don’t care, you are.....;)
Hey, Eric! Congrats on being featured on the front page of Medium! It’s a well-deserved honor that’s long overdue. The Big Door Prize is quite interesting. The thought of having a machine that can predict a person's potential is intriguing. I’m excited to see what themes the showrunners explore with the talented cast.

I'm trying! I wrote a bunch this week but also real life didn't cooperate. 😅🤪
Real Life: BOOOO!!!! I know it will be worth the wait! 💥💗
Watching: Succession & (rewatching) Cold Case.
Listening: Die Spitz' "Hair of the Dog," song and Illiterate Light's "Sunburned" record.
Dazzled by: Substack's Notes

Thanks!
I'm really enjoying The Big Door Prize. Apple TV has been surprising and fresh with their programming.
Super fun. And that video was great. I watched all 11 minutes which is rare these days.
I’m digging Beef on Netflix! And I had no idea there was a live action Mario Bros. movie in the 90s!!
I'm looking forward to checking out Beef, heard it's great!
Boost? Damn...better get writing again! Been taking a break while life sorts itself out!
You cover a lot of ground quickly. Nice work! I might need to learn more about StarWars or rewatch to keep up with you, but you've got me curious.
I don't think Dustin and Tom could have saved that film. Video games and live-action movies are a dysfunctional marriage.
The bigger issue is the script was butchered and stitched back together too many times, but too many people with wildly different ideas.
