Talking Star Wars: Celebration and Andor: S2 with Jeff Kramer

Podcast Episode 24

This week I decided to try something new and record an episode of the podcast live on Substack. So if you wanna see what my face looks like while I speak nerd, wish fulfilled! It’s all about making dreams come true here. (If you want to just listen via your podcast app of choice, you have that option too.)

Fair warning: Turns out Substack livestreams don’t actually start when Substack tells you it does, which is why it feels like the video just sorta starts mid-sentence. Next time, you can expect several long seconds of uncomfortable silence as I build in some buffer. :D

I didn’t announce the livestream ahead of time because frankly the idea of talking live on camera is sorta terrifying. This was a soft launch. So don’t feel bad if you missed it!

I didn’t catch all the names scrolling past as people joined, but I did see a couple of familiar names (including

, whose Star Wars takes are not to be missed, and , who singlehandedly tried to get people in chat excited about Star Wars).

Next time—there will definitely be a next time—I’ll announce it well in advance so schedules can be cleared. And I’d like to build in some audience participation if possible.

Big thanks to my friend and fellow Star Wars nerd

, for joining me again this week! Check out for all your Star Wars needs!

  • Minor concerns about S2.
